Surprising Opponent of the Marriage Amendment
Judge Roy Moore is against Dubya's constitutional amendment on marriage. He argues that it will undermine states' rights.
Much as I dislike Moore in other ways, I have to give him credit here for taking a principled stand. In this respect, he presents a contrast to most people on both sides of this issue.
