1. In Australia & in numerous other countries, notably Britain, tens of millions of people buy individual hospital & health coverage. The costs are entirely reasonable. Why is it different in the US?
2. In none of these countries is health cover part of employee remuneration. This last is unique to the US. But people can & do buy health/hospital insurance, _avoiding_ the so-called 'public' (non) system. Why couldn't it be the same in the US?
