Walter Laqueur is the author of dozens of books on history and politics. His recent scholarship has focused on the history of terrorism. He has taught at Brandeis, Georgetown, Harvard, the University of Chicago, Tel Aviv University, and Johns Hopkins. He served as the director of the Wiener Library for the Study of the Holocaust & Genocide in London from 1965 to 1994.
